Mr. Dullum has 14 years experience in the utility industry which included designing and drawing complete electrical control drawing packages. Working directly with substation and protection engineers, he creates packages to be used to install, wire and protect high voltage utility equipment up to 345KV substations. He has a strong background in AutoCAD drafting of electrical, civil and construction design and is an asset to the Tri Sage Substation Design Group.
