Ms. Schlichting, the founder of Tri Sage Consulting, has over 25 years of professional experience in the utility industry, including project management of major transmission lines, design of transmission and distribution lines, permitting of major utility structures and infrastructure, overseen the design of high voltage substations, environmental gas plant remediations, gas transmission permitting, agency coordination, and renewable project negotiations and management. She has corporate responsibilities for directing administration and operations of the firm and has direct involvement in corporate development, project designs, and project management.
Karen brings a well rounded approach to the Tri Sage team that has resulted in successful results for both employees and clients. She guides her team into achieving successful and constructable projects that are not hindered by extreme unattainable permitting constraints.
