Mr. Bessey brings over 40 years of experience in the utility industry with a focus on electric transmission and substation expertise and also extensive natural gas pipeline knowledge. Jim has been responsible for inspection on multiple high voltage transmission lines, including up to 500kV. He has also provided Construction Management on multiple high voltage substations, waste water treatment facilities, natural gas pipeline installations and several substation projects. He has provided Quality Assurance services to NV Energy on several projects and has been referenced as a very valuable resource in bringing the project in on-budget and within the design and technical specifications. Mr. Bessey has extensive experience with gas pipeline projects and provided Construction Management and Safety Inspection for multiple high pressure gas main installations throughout Nevada.
