Mr. Legier has over 40 years of experience in the utility industry that has included focus within the electrical engineering aspects of utilities. He has worked directly with substations ranging from oversight of relay technicians to full Issued for Construction design and development of substation packages. His expertise includes specification of substation electrical equipment, protection relay design, oversight and direction of substation layouts and overall engineering of substations from distribution voltage up to 345kV substations. He has worked closely with Utility Staff Engineers, Designers, Field Technicians and general substation support staff. Mr. Legier's utility and Navy experience, along with his most recent work with international renewable energy, allow him to work efficiently as an extension to utility design teams and within the Tri Sage Substation Design group to complete full IFC drawings.
