Ms. Turner has over 17 years of experience as a Project Engineer, Project Manager and Construction Administrator in areas that include civil site design, permitting, cost estimating, and design and construction of electrical substation structures and transmission lines; residential buildings, commercial buildings and retaining structures; and water distribution and treatment facilities. Alissa has held multiple project lead positions which have included civil and structural engineering design, construction administration, management and coordination of construction inspection, quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC), reviews of design drawings and specifications, development of project specifications, assisting in various project permitting processes, producing project scopes and budgets, and coordinating the close out of projects.
